 Ocean rooms go quickly and are located on the 3^rd, 4^th 5^th floors.  They are 2 blocks from the ocean and all ocean views will have some partial obstructions.  Standard rooms are run of house for best available floor on day of check-in, anywhere between 1^st and 5^th floors.

• Choice of 1 King or 2 Queen beds.
• Balconies or patios on all rooms.
• Room and floor #’s are assigned on day of check-in.
• Reservations have a 48 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy.
• Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate daily.
• Daily $15.00 parking fee waived for guest booked in room block.
• Iced coffee complimentary every afternoon.
